Seth Teel
Broker
Seth, a San Antonio native, began his real estate career over 21 years ago in St. Louis, MO. There he owned multiple rental properties, helped develop several new homes, and worked on large scale commercial projects both domestically and abroad. Seth has been party to more than 600 real estate transactions, and has been licensed in Texas for 9 years. When not working you can catch Seth playing disc golf or sipping a fine bourbon.
Dustin O’Neill

Dustin, a San Antonio native started his real estate career in 2008 after graduating from The McCombs School of business at The University of Texas at Austin with a Degree in Marketing and Real Estate Finance. Starting out in the commercial real estate industry out of college, Dustin transitioned into the residential real estate world with a focus on single family home investments. Having his real estate license since 2011, Dustin has been a party to nearly 1,000 transactions. When not working with the brokerage, Dustin enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, playing disc golf or spending time on the river and winding down with a smooth glass of whiskey after the work is done.
